Joseph Chang, MD

Biography

Dr. Joseph Chang is a board-certified otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon within the division of laryngology. He completed medical school and residency training at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by fellowship training at Mount Sinai in New York City. In fellowship, he completed advanced training in the treatment of voice, airway, and swallowing conditions including care of the professional voice, transoral laser microsurgery (TLM) for treatment of laryngeal cancer, endoscopic treatment of airway stenosis, and gender affirming voice surgery.
