Biography

Kendall Crowley, DNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and teaching associate in the Department of Otolaryngology at UW Medical Center and at the Fred Hutch Cancer Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biopsychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as in nursing at the University of Rochester before completing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Washington. She specializes in the peri-operative care of patients with head and neck cancers as well as in the surveillance of those who have completed treatment for head and neck cancers. In her free time she enjoys trail running with her husband and her dog, Walter.
